Where you don’t look

We often think that we have a problem generating new ideas which are innovative.

But the truth is we are normally not knowing where to look.

The customers, suppliers, third parties which you do not talk to and hear from are the ones you need to spend time with. They are your blind spots.

When you don’t know things you don’t know what you need to solve, and they are the missed opportunities to generate new, innovative ideas.

Don’t look inside your four walls and only talk to employees.
