Something caught my eye, culturally about what he is trying to do in an elite sports environment.

He says “if you want to change, you have to change” and he realises that “you can’t keep doing everything the same and expect a different outcome”.

It is indeed pretty obvious advice, but have we applied it in our business and lives recently? Or do we prefer not to truly change?
