Digital transformation goes beyond just implementing software. The real leaders are the ones who implement the software and then change their business operations quickly.
For example, as customers go digital and buy products online instead of in store, the technology is not normally the question (we all have access to tech) but the question is how quickly can a company change its sales force and customer service capabilities to match the change in customer behaviour.
It requires a large dose of cross-functional work to make this happen. So when I look at building cultures that succeed at change, you need to have a keen focus on teamwork and collaboration. They are cultural pillars.
