Why do people leave companies?

Of course, this is a complex question and there can be many reasons.

But, one of the most common responses I hear – and it’s not so in vogue in the media – is that “I wasn’t learning anything”. And that’s a problem, it’s a problem which companies can address if they are intentional about learning and developing skills.
