Volunteer time off

We are used to holidays or personal time off, sick leave, family emergencies time off – compassionate leave etc.

But an interesting new phenomenon is emerging. The younger generation are valuing a lot volunteer time off. Days which companies give employees to go and do volunteering activity. Either activities the company is arranging directly or those activities employees arrange individually.

It’s great CSR but in addition, it’s a point of differentiation in your companies EVP.
