Why would you choose not to listen to your employees?

It dawned upon me that truly listening to employees is a superpower, with great payoff.

At the end of the day, your employees – your team – is actually putting their livelihoods and those of their family in many cases with the company.

Their safety net is often the companies performance. So, who has more of a vested interest for things to go well, if not your employees then who?
