Human Value would be better. Why?

Because we shouldn’t be trying to manage humans like resources. We manage our resources which are the machines, the inputs into a process or production. We make them more efficient.

But with humans, the value doesn’t come from efficiency. The value comes from being human, doing work like a human. And that work is the work that adds value to the customer.
