Many businesses chop and change fast. They want immediate results.

But bamboo takes 5 years to grow above the ground, the growth is happening below ground: you can’t see it, but it’s happening.

The same idea can be applied to business. If you have a team putting in place the foundations, doing good work, having good inputs – then, the outputs will follow. BUT they may make time.

Focus on the inputs not the outputs. And practice patience.
