When a boss becomes a coach

“The most important part of a high-performing culture is people helping each other.” This is a quote from Edgar Schein and I couldn’t agree more.

We need to reward and encourage team work and lifting up of each other: rather than promote legacy management techniques which put workers against one another to see who pushes the other to perform (output measured) best.
