It’s a little too early to know for sure what impact Chat GPT will have upon company culture. But for sure it is going to change everything, in business and when it comes to culture.
Brainstorming I can see a number of ways it may start to impact in culture (communications and Human Resources areas in particular…). Here are my top five ideas:

This would help create a more collaborative and cohesive work environment, which is of course a cornerstone of a positive corporate culture.
- Chat GPT could assist with the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with automated training modules and answering common questions, which can help new hires feel more welcome and supported in the company from the start.
- By analyzing data from employee feedback, Chat GPT could provide insights into areas where the company culture may need improvement. This would help leaders identify pain points and take action to address them, leading to a more positive and inclusive work environment.
- Chat GPT could help facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing real-time translations for employees who speak different languages or are based in different regions. This could help bridge cultural barriers and ensure that all employees feel included and valued.
