Rather, the key to success is to define well – in any space – the type of work you have to do. Make it clear when you are doing deep work and cant be interrupted (wear headphones in open plan offices, close your door in office cubicles…) and make it clear when you\’re free for a chat (open your door, stick a sign on the table…).
