Job Hopping

We need to start embracing job hopping.

Many people get really upset and act out when their team members leave for another job, inside or outside of a company.

But the truth is, we all need talent to be moving and picking up new skills. People grow faster and learn more like this.

And, if you’re really smart, you can try and re-hire people you like and know well after their next experience! Some of the best companies are taking this approach and it’s working out wonderfully.
