Remote anxiety

Do you know how to notice when your team is anxious when working remotely?

Look out for people cancelling meetings at the last minute, or simply not turning up.

Look out for people being quiet and not participating during meetings, or coming under-prepared.

Look out for people who are hard to get hold of all of a sudden.

Look out for people who are missing deadlines, or failing to pay attention to the detail and shirking responsibility.

They may be suffering from anxiety and need support.
