100 hour work weeks

100 years ago many companies demanded workers worth in excess of 100 hours a week over 6 day periods.

We learned that people were more productive if they rested more, worked less.

We created the 40 hour, 5 day week. By the 1980s this was well established – but nothing much has changed since.

Are we ready to shorten the work week again? Can you try it in your business?
