The two pizza rule

Jeff Bezos has a “two pizza rule”. Its a rule he uses to measure the size of teams, and he says that smaller teams get things done easier, quicker, and better than larger teams. In fact most academics agree teams of eight people or less are ideal, and thus if you cant feed them with just two pizzas, its too big a group.
