Culture isn’t only HRs job

One of the biggest mistakes I see, is that CEOs and leaders outsource culture to Human Resources teams.

This is a fatal mistake. When you outsource it, it means – and proves – you don’t understand the power and importance of culture.

It’s everyone’s job, we all have a role to play in culture: not just HR. Moreover, the leader has to lead on the topic otherwise any transformation effort will be doomed to failure.
