Quiet Quitting

Even more important is having a great culture so that you not only retain your people, but that you are attractive to new hires too. People these days have such a wide range of options available to them, thanks to the internet – perhaps they become influencers, open their own web shop, become Independant. Maybe they don’t rely on traditional companies for employment. It needs to be attractive.
