Hybrid work is needed (a mix of remote & in person) and Derek says that we need a new role in companies to help us manage hybrid to best effect “The synchronizer would be responsible for solving the new-worker, new-group, and new-idea problemsâ€. Someone who helps plan when we are in the office and the activities we do, because we can’t just be doing zoom calls all day from the office.
