Hire for culture

Yesterday I shared examples from Southwest Airlines and The Walt Disney Company about their interview process.

Zappos Family of Companies takes it a level further. They really hire for culture (and their values as an organisation permeate everything they do).

If you take a job with them, they even offer you cash to quit if you prefer: so they can get to the core of an individual’s motivation.
