As I think more about culture, and how to build it when your teams are remote, it becomes clear that the purpose of your organisation is so vital – and also living it in an authentic way.

From Anheuser-Busch InBev producing beer and pivoting to much needed safe drinking water, through to Walmart using their sterling delivery network for supplies delivery, in a time of crisis companies which live their purpose through great action are the ones we are most proud of in society.
