Radical Transparency

At Bridgewater Associates they practice “radical transparency”.

It’s a very strong cultural core of their company, they foster information sharing, openness and speaking up on a scale unheard of in most other organisations.

Their “dot collector” is an app which collects and weights feedback on an ongoing basis, in real time.

It’s an example of a company living its culture, though it’s not for the feint hearted.
