There are three types of stress: acute, episodic, and, chronic. Being stressed out all of the time, is chronic – and a problem. Probably a lot more people are feeling it in times of Covid19 and post-pandemic.

So, three tips:

1. Add more stress! The good type: deep tissue massage, ice baths, high intensity workouts.
2. Re-frame: think of the stress as something which will help you grow.
3. Breath: breath deep and full, in and out, many times.
